Morning ritual? Coffee. Business Meeting? Coffee. Need energy? Coffee. Want to see a friend, or have a date? Coffee. Coffee brings people together, it starts a conversation, it can inspire the greatest ideas, and calm the worst moments. Anytime is good to have a coffee. For most of the world, when you think of coffee, you think of Colombia. Thought to have been brought to Colombia by Jesuit priests for the first time in the 1700s, it was first exported in 1835. Coffee grows in 20 of Colombia’s 32 departments, spanning vast geographies and microclimates; therefore it offers an extremely diverse range of taste. In the world of coffee, there is something for everyone.

Coffee is a complex element, as is art. One could say that coffee is in itself a work of art. Beatriz Esguerra Art has the pleasure of inviting you to a unique exhibition that brings together 17 visual artists who have all brought coffee into their creative fold as they present works produced especially for this show. We will be joined by Bogotaeats and Café San Alberto to offer our visitors a taste of the most prized Colombian coffee for a unique experience of coffee and art.
